Can I order a wallet with Shell Cordovan on the inside pockets?

No. When Shell is used on the inside, it rubs against itself and the coating creates scratching. Trust me: it doesn’t look good.

Can I order a custom design?

I would be happy to discuss your ideas. You can contact me through my contact form. If you want something totally new and custom made, I will want to see sketches or pictures and depending on how busy I am, I may or may not be available for custom work.

Can I request a change to one of your designs?

You can email me through my contact form. Please keep in mind that I have invested countless hours perfecting my designs and most requests probably wouldn’t work.

Are you offering any belts for sale?

Not at this time, but perhaps someday in the future I will again.

What kinds of leather do you use for your wallets?

I am currently working with British Shell Cordovan and am using USA harness for the interiors in black and brown.

The markings are a sailboat in the front, and Leathersmith Authentic made in Oregon USA logo on the inside.

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

All orders are mailed using USPS.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Shell Cordovan wallets and leather bags are made-to-order. They are usually mailed out less than a week from the order date. If your shipping address is in the USA, shipping typically only takes 3-5 days. If your shipping address is in Canada, it can take anywhere from one to two weeks.

Do You Ship Internationally?

I do not, with the exception of Canada. Some customers however use a mail forwarding service based in the USA to have their package sent to them overseas.

How Do I Track My Order?

Contact me for the tracking number of your package. The tracking is provided by USPS and I am in no way responsible for it.

How Can I Return a Product?

You may return any unused, undamaged products by sending them to the address below. Please include a note with your name, order date, and what you would like (ie: refund, exchange for a different product, etc).
